Returns must have pre-authorization within 30 days of recieving merchandise, must be in original condition, must be shipped prepaid, and are subject to restocking fees. Special order items and shipping/handling charges are not refundable. Shortages must be reported within 7 days of recieving merchandise. Claims for damages or lost items must be reported to the shipping carrier within 5 days and notification provided to us. A 1 1/2% late fee per month will be assessed on balances over 30 days for open accounts. We do not warranty, guarantee or provide liability, expressed or implied on merchandise.
