Highly competitive offshore racing teams use Kevlar for deep vees, tunnel hulls, and catamarans because Kevlar makes them tougher and lighter. Military craft are lighter, faster and tougher thanks to Kevlar. It is also used in bullet proof vests and NASA materials.

Shell Valley uses Kevlar in our jeep kits as reinforcement material for high stress areas; it is five times as strong as steel in radial tires.
