Holiday Greetings From Our Shell Valley/Midstates Family to Yours!

We wish you and yours the best of health and happiness throughout the holiday season and the New Year! We look forward to seeing and hearing from you in '07, and here's some of what you can look forward to from us! Thank you for your friendship and your business!

'32 Roadster Replicas
Shell Valley and Midstates have been asked by so many of our current and potential customers to use our world-class design and production techniques to come out with more hot rod offerings. We've listened! We're working on final design and molds for the all-time favorite 1932 Ford Coupe. We'll offer a 5-window that will be a real show-winning replica. We'll offer a '32 Highboy Roadster. Both kits will have a full fender kit available, full hood, and authentic '32 chassis with all the modern components allowing better safety and better ride. Many of the components will be the same high quality as in our proven Cobra replicas. Of course, comfort, performance and luxury options are available to satisfy every customer's desires and needs. Look for these beauties to be available by April 2007.

Willy's Replicas
Again, we have had many people and builders ask us to come out with replicas of the ever popular 1941 Willy's Coupe and 1941 Willy's Pick Up Truck. They'll be manufactured in the same precision manner as many of our existing kit cars, utilizing many common components. This allows us to use many current proven designs and helps keep costs more competitive with our awesome buying power. The Willy's will be available with a PRO chassis or you'll be able to use existing donor chassis to keep costs low and make the title and licensing process very simple. Whether you want a showcar, a daily driver, or a full-blown race car, we'll be positioned to provide those needs. We plan to have the Willy's available by the Fall of 2007.

Introducing Our New "Generation II" Cobra Replica
By the time you receive this mailing, we'll be producing the "New" Generation II Cobra Replica. What is a Generation II Cobra Replica? It's the best designs of two companies who joined forces over 7 years ago with a combined 60 years of proven replicas produced to industry leading quality and service standards. We've taken the best designed and most popular parts of the Shell Valley and Midstates Cobra replicas, made state-of-the-art changes, and built the best Cobra replica offered in the entire market (the brainchild of President/Owner Rich Anderson). The fit and finish are second to none at a value that competitors will envy. The amount of room, the detail to safety and the durability and functionality will allow owners to be so very proud of this masterfully built replica. We'll also have options available for every customer's needs. These options include comfort (hardtops, softtops, tonneau covers, air conditioning, etc.), luxury (exquisite leather, world class custom paint, heated seats), performance (heart throbbing street engines, all-out racing engines, and related equipment), ride (premium shock absorbers, premium springs, wheel and tire options, air ride, independent suspension).

The replica will be based on the tried and true 2x4" rectangular tube frame, although a round tube frame will still be available for the purists. The front suspension will remain the ever popular Mustang II based independent front suspension, utilizing the patented, race inspired Shell Valley "strut eliminator" tubular a-arms and QA-1 coilover shocks. The standard rear suspension will consist of the ultra strong narrowed Ford 9" rear with a triangulated 4-link suspension, again with QA-1 coilovers. The body will be a Midstates style body done the "Shell Valley way" with added coremat and KevlarTM for strength. A hand-laid and/or full KevlarTM body will still be available. The Midstates body, with our new modifications such as standard dropped foot boxes adds even more room and comfort into the driver's and passenger's compartments. We've also added a host of new and improved parts such as I-Did-It steering columns, original English style wood steering wheels, and upgraded brake and fuel systems.

So, if you're looking for a show winner, boulevard cruiser, or road course monster, we've got you covered! The bottom line is no one can beat our offering of Cobra replicas. Call us, check our web site, come see us, or check us out at the next show in your area. The new Shell Valley/Midstates Generation II - leading the way.

Increased Production in Turnkey-Minus Sales
More and more customers are asking themselves, "Build it myself or buy it built?" We have years and years of experience building turnkey minus and turnkey cars. We're now seeing a major change by customers wanting our professional people to build these dream cars from our kits to exactly the way they have always dreamed of their car looking. Give us a call and we can quote you and provide references from our growing list of satisfied customers.

We Can Finish Your Dream Replica for You and Get You on the Road
If your kit has been sitting unfinished in your garage for months or even years, let us quote you on finishing it for you! Also, if you (or someone you know) is struggling to get a kit car built, call us. Our talented people can walk them through our easy process and show them how we can finish their car for them so they can quickly start driving and showing off their dream car.

Our Thoughts and Prayers
As this holiday season approaches, please pray for the safety of Micah Kallio and all of our servicemen and women in Iraq and elsewhere across the world. (Micah is the son of Bob and Vanessa, former Midstates owners and at Shell Valley/Midstates in sales and accounting respectively.)

We hope to plan customer get-togethers around some of these shows/events and to host at least one in our area again this year (watch for details, and let us know if you have any ideas).
