- 1999 -- acquired Midstates Classic Cars & Parts of Hooper, Nebraska and brought it under the Shell Valley corporate umbrella.
- 2003 -- purchased the assets and equipment for the Daytona Coupe Series 2 Replica from R & D Design Concepts, Inc. of Omaha, Nebraska.
- 2003 -- awarded a block grant by the State of Nebraska, Platte County,to enhance and expand operations.
- 2009 -- purchased by Travis Roth as Shell Valley Classic Wheels, Inc.
